The Watchers
The Watchers. This edition of prints focuses on the statues, gargoyles, grotesques and other characters tucked into our cityscapes that we often overlook. I wonder about the history of these figures and what they have seen over the years. What stories do they have to tell? From an obscure face peeking out of building column to a grande fountain sculpture, I want to highlight these watchers and share them with the viewer. Maybe next time you are walking around town you’ll pause to look a little closer and experience a moment of wonder for yourself.
