Joya Marie Marsh is a Printmaker with her Bachelors in Fine Arts from Grand Valley State University in Michigan. She has studied at the Academia D'Arte in Florence, Italy and at Kingston University in London, UK. She is currently living and working in Seattle, WA and is a member of Artist Trust and Seattle Print Arts.
The artist's current work is a series of linocuts focusing on abstracted, urban imagery titled Observation Works. Through observing and documenting her current surroundings she seeks to draw symmetry between what is natural and what is man made. Creating a narrative of time and place.
